One thing that could have made our party experience at Hotel Metzgerwirt even better is if they had a dedicated nightclub or a cool DJ playing some sick beats. We had a blast at the hotel, but having a happening party spot right in-house would have taken our fun to the next level.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to store all our ski gear. We especially appreciated the boot-warming room which kept our gear dry and ready for the next day. The food was delicious with a variety of options for every meal. Plus, the location was perfect for skiing and exploring the local area.

The ski bus service could have been more frequent, especially during peak holiday season. It got very crowded, and we felt like we had to plan our day around the bus schedule instead of being able to be more flexible with our time.

Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and surrounding areas, with fantastic mountain views from our balcony.

The mattresses were quite hard and uncomfortable for some, although the staff promptly provided us with extra pillows. Additionally, the separate toilet without a hand basin was somewhat unhygienic. However, overall we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff.

And let's not forget the insane sledding experience, it was a total blast. The hotel's location in St Veit/Pongau was perfect, right in the heart of the action. The ski lessons got us ready to conquer any terrain. And during the summer, there's a ton of rad activities around Salzburg to keep the good times going.

The only thing that would have made our stay even more lit is if there was a dedicated party area for young people. We were craving some wild nights and it would have been sick to have a place where we could go all out and party like rockstars.

The room had a balcony with a stunning view and the coffee provided was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the monthly Sunday dance at the hotel and decided to stay overnight. The nearby Natur Schwimmbad is worth a visit.
